Peach and Honey Mascarpone Toasties are one of the best summer appetizers or snacks π
I found peaches at the farmers market last weekend! They only had a few but, I grabbed some. π
I had to share these little toasties because I could eat them every day… and toasties is a word in case anyone is in doubt π. They actually are a toasted sandwich(duh) usually tomato, according to google!
This recipe is super simple and easy to make. Just slice the bread and toast it(haha) then spread with the mascarpone cheese spread which is mixed with honey and cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. Slice the peaches and place on the toast in a cute little fan and lastly, drizzle with More honey… Pretty and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- 6-8 medium peaches, sliced thinly
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- honey to drizzle
Instructions
- Mix mascarpone cheese, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir until completely smooth.
- To assemble each toastie spread with cheese mixture and then fan the peach slices out on each. Drizzle with honey right before serving.
