Favorite Sloppy Joe Sandwich recipe is basic. It’s what we had every Saturday night to eat. Ground turkey works great for this recipe! When using turkey I usually add ground sage to the spice mix. 1 teaspoon works great. And again, use olive oil when browning π.
Spices can be added according to taste preference. I sometimes add a lot more chili powder. And sometimes garlic powder in addition to the minced garlic π. We have been known to add a tablespoon of A.1 Sauce instead of the
The frozen onion & bell pepper mix that most grocery stores carry works just fine for this recipe! Just add into the meat according to the recipe directions.
