Pineapple Jalapeno Guacamole is my absolute favorite summertime guac recipe:)
Making (and eating) party food is the best! Honestly I could eat this guac anytime; party or not but, it does make a fab appetizer.
Summer is always my favorite time to make all kinds of fun recipes like this one. We should be getting fresh corn from the garden soon and I can’t wait to make that pasta salad plus a few new recipes that I have ready to try:) Meanwhile we are going to end this month of July on a delicious note with this yummy chips and dip:)
This guac has a few things going for it:
- Sweet from the pineapple
- Smooth from the avocado
- Crunchy from the onions
- Crunchy & spicy from the jalapenos
- Sea salt brings out all the flavors
- Always pair with rosemary naan chips:)
This guac can be enjoyed with any tortilla chips or even in a taco or taco salad. I tried it in fish tacos once and holy yummm!!
It is Monday so go make some fun food which will turn your frown upside down-promise!
