Skillet Strawberry Pizza is berrylicious .
Growing our own strawberries is the best! We started with a little patch and now that has grown quite a lot and will have to be moved to a larger spot pretty soon I’m thinking. Look out for all the strawberry recipes coming up 😀
Have you ever made a fruit pizza that ended up being soggy? Can’t say how many of mine have ended up that way until I decided to use a cast iron skillet to make the sugar cookie crust. No sogginess anywhere not even after sitting in the fridge overnight 🙂
Skillet strawberry pizza is simple but tasty with a classic sugar cookie crust and a cream cheese “sauce”. I topped this one with strawberries but of course, the sky is the limit as far as toppings go.
Enjoy!
