Weekly Menu Plan//06 is what we are eating this week. I realize that this menu consists of pasta and salads(hah)! Somehow I figured out how to combine comfort food with a side of healthy… It is always about balance!
Turkey Taco Chili Mac
It is simple, it’s cheesy(haha), and delicious main dish recipe. Add a salad and you have a meal! We always have leftovers which is always good.

I like have this in the fridge for the week for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Warm weather is here and sometimes we just don’t want to eat a hot meal…

Grilled Chicken Taco Salad Bowl
I included two recipes that could use grilled chicken for this week so that we could grill enough for both recipes at the same time. Dinner for the next day is partially done!
Ricotta Pineapple-Macadamia Muffins
Muffins for breakfast are always good. They are portable, great with coffee or tea, a little sweet but, not too much! I haven’t made these with peaches and pecans but, I plan to this week. I will add a note to the recipe if they turn out well!
