Ingredients: 2-3 garlic cloves, minced; 3/4 cup olive oil; 1/4 cup Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar or white wine vinegar; 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice; 2 tbsp fresh orange juice; 1/4 tsp lemon zest; salt and pepper to taste; 1 tbsp honey(optional); 1 head butter lettuce, torn; 3-4 cups Spinach Spring Mix or any salad greens; 2 cups oranges and grapefruit, peeled and sectioned; 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved; 1/2 cup almonds, slivered; 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds; 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced(optional)
